The staff, especially Nuna and May, were helpful in suggesting local tours and dining options. Our villa initially had cleanliness issues, and maintenance is needed in some areas. Great for families seeking relaxation but with room for improvement in service consistency.

I was here for 2 nights and ate at in-house restaurant at good price. This hotel had a remote position on karst mountains.

Nothing too much trouble, the hotel exceeded high expectations. The location was great and awesome: a night market and a supermarket were within walking distance. It was located in a beautiful area.

The balcony overlooking the serene lagoon provided the perfect spot for relaxation, and the comfortable beds made every night a dream. Waking up to the sounds of playful monkeys nearby was such a unique and joyful experience.

A Nature Lover's Dream Getaway!

Our family enjoyed five wonderful nights in a fine Superior Twin Room with a serene balcony view of the lake. We loved the fabulous food and the daily visits from playful monkeys. Don't miss kayaking on the lake, an lovely experience! Remember to bring snacks for the fish!

The Superior Twin Room was spacious and comfortable, and I loved lounging by the pool with a refreshing drink in hand. The spa was a perfect escape for some relaxation, and I enjoyed unwinding on the sun terrace as well. We did spot a few ants in the room one evening, but they weren't a big deal at all 😊
